What is the “good air”?

The “good air” is generally defined as (1) the air without the contaminants in the concentration level that can be harmful to the people health as per the standard set forth by the local authority, and (2) the air that most people feel comfortable staying inside. These definitions were stipulated by ASHRAE, which is the leading organization in the USA in the indoor air quality, and are referred to by various authorities in many countries for the use to supervise and control the building management including the air pollution. Therefore, the “good” air has to be consisted of 2 factors namely the harmful contaminating pollutions factor and the comfort level factor.

In addition, the “good air” will help promote the respiratory system by reducing or limiting the intake of the harmful matters to the body. When one is in his good health, one can take a full, deep and quality sleep, which will directly enhance the functions of body and brain. A research reports that good air can help improve the learning problem in some kids, and this can stay true even to the working adults who usually feel tired and less focused.
