What is the “Indoor Air Quality”?

Most people spend more than 20 hours per day staying indoor including working and sleeping time. In fact, even the commuting time when we are not inside the building, we still expose ourselves with the same nature of air quality, which is the close loop of air conditioning system. To illustrate, when we drive the car to the office, or use public transportation that is air-conditioned, we still expose to the same close-loop of air conditioning system, the system that uses the circulating air through the air conditioning unit to cool the air inside the room with closing windows and door(s).

Although most of us realize that air is very important to our lives in every breathe, we usually look over the safety in these breathes. Therefore, we should start first with the understanding about the quality of the good air in order to be able to set up some proper preventive and corrective measures.
